Pamec Winery & Vineyards was founded by our Family. Our Family’s love of culture, wine, and innovation has taken us from our home in Buenos Aires to Temecula, California, where we founded Pamec.

Temecula has been a second home since our Family visited the region years ago. We would explore the region, the magnificent landscapes, its diverse culture, and friendly people on our yearly trips. Every time we would travel to Temecula, there was something new to explore. Our love for wine has made it a favorite place to taste wines and - now- invest in and produce wines. Every afternoon you can feel the cool breeze from the Pacific Ocean, which gives a fresh effect to the grapes and makes them unique. With consistently warm throughout all seasons, Temecula is the perfect place to sit down and enjoy a good wine at any time of the year.

With a pulse on the most innovative and unique winemaking processes, we have set out to create a wine and a wine culture that reflects an appreciation of the process. We strive to produce wine that is not only delicious and transformative but also environmentally and health-conscious.

With all of this in mind, we have started on our journey to bring Pamec Winery & Vineyards to life.
